2023/02/24, day 15, Alannia Costa Blanca

Went to Zenia for IKEA that is not IKEA?, had coffee and found a carpark for Alcampo ridiculous supermarket Spanish Auchan, parking is always crap.

Decided to not stop at Zenia so went to the nature reserve, no overnight signs everywhere ☹️. Moved to Alannia campsite, massive but good, clean facilities modern, busy though.
Price: ACSI 21€

Stay Again? Y
Why? Very comfortable, large pitches.

2023/02/22, day 13, Little Texas

Decided to stop do a wash and enjoy the sun rather than drive for 3 hours when nice and hot

Site ok, crowded but pleasant would not stop for a long time nothing nearby and site has everything but just too cramped.

Washing done and drying.

Price: 18€ includes EHU

Stay Again? Maybe
Why? Just too crowded and a bit expensive

2023/02/22, Mini Hollywood

Stopped to have a look around, met Frankia couple we saw in a previous coffee stop.

Went for walk through the desert about 7km but up and down steep gravelly slopes to start, 2nd half very easy.

Then had a coffee, would use as a stopover although not quiet

2023/02/21, day 12, CABO DE GATA CAMPER PARK

Parked 10€ (ehu extra), toilets good, showers err no way, cafe restaurant and loads of seating areas shaded around area, ok for a night, or longer if not full.

Cycling and walking initially on the road then gravel cycle paths.
Price: 10€

Stay Again? Maybe, others nearer town that maybe better

2023/02/20, day 11, Parking de autocaravanas Puerto Deportivo de Almerimar (Emplazamiento 1)

Price: 13€Car park 2.

Parked at the end by the office P2, no toilets etc nearby, water and waste is available and easy but again not near, in car park P1 next door, they have ehu for extra 3€.

Nice area good prom, lots of bars some even open ?.

Would come again.

Stopped for breakfast and coffee, large open parking area.
On our way south heading for Isla Crista in the coast if not suitable then Portugal??

2021/10/01, Béjar Caravan Park – Área de Autocaravanas

Left Bilbao at 08:15 very easy, passport check only no paperwork checked at all. nothing to declare just waved through.

Stopped in Burgos for shopping, then cracked on filling with fuel and coffee somewhere.

Finished up in Bejar which is a large camping area free with waste and water I think?
