The first issue was removing the existing toilet, according to Youtube, forums and the official installation docs the Thetford C263 was only held down by 4 screws in the base. However we broke it down into 3 steps.

Water
This involved undoing a jubilee clip and then capping off the water pipe, capping off proving challenging as we did not have an end cap that would fit so this took a day or 2 as we sourced the right bit once foun d it was very easy and resulted in only a small spillage that was quickly mopped up.
Tested by turn pump on and checking for leaks.
Electrics
There is a single supply to the toilet unit this then breaks off to the Switch, Water tap and the full indicator. It was easy to disconnect and the control panel connection was a plug to disconnect we had to free the cable cut a cable tie and remove the panel and unplug.
The control panel has been put back until we decided what to put in it’s place, consider a couple of USB sockets.
