After 2 aires we wanted to try and ACSI site paid the money bought the book got
the card wanted some value, Jacqui picked out 2 this being a method have plan A
and plan B, I checked out the Aires and picked a couple just in case. WE had
wanted to go via Angers but the Sites and Aires left us uninspired and we
wanted to be able to spread out a bit.
Rouge Gorge 17 euro, site was split into 2 parts seperated by the wash house so we chose the furthest
pitch from everything near a block that we latere discovered was closed, wifi
did not reach us, but it was splendid isolation far from the oteher campers.
Met some Brits travelling together a caravan and a MH, they were 2 weeks into a
5 week tour.
Had a BBQ and as instructed spread out used the mat (excellent), lots of walks
around the site into the town and the surrounding area. Took Geza off on one
wlk to a lake one of about 3 around the town, very attractive spot reminded us
of Germany house styles different but Town, lake, housing and leisure all neatly
combined.
