Clear Sky, 17°C

Left home at 0530, uneventful journey to tunnel (thankfully), got the 0820 and again uneventful crossing. During the crossing decided on the west coast Bordeaux/Biarritz. Plotted a course for Alencon as being somewhere on the way.

Stopped at the Baie Somme motorway aire very easy and great when not busy, interesting viewpoint if you want the see the Somme area.

Stopped again at a lay by, decided to try Mamers aire, arriving to beautiful sunshine, so hot changed to shorts.

Walked Geza, very keen all of a sudden on walking, then setup BBQ.

Powered by Journey.

Arrived evening at Fidjcamping, open but no one around fgolowed the insturctyiomn outside offoce and found a spot with the 2nd most powerful water point.  Site appears to be undergoing some renovation.

Pleasant spot would use again bit tight to negotiate the on site road and pitches but once on hardstanding and most facilities, proper MH service point.

First Proper Mod, Frankia waste hose.

Frankia vans often have a dedicated service locker which contains electric, a fresh water inlet and a waste water outlet, plus all the pipes etc.. a great idea.  Used on alot of the Frankia vans I have seen even the big Platin Plus.
