8.6.16, L’Ocean to St.Emillion Yelloh!, via Blaye.

The previous evening we had picked out sites and Aires in Blaye, Montendre and
around St Emillion. We managed to leave at 11:00 a record on this holiday, the
MH facilities at L’Ocean very good almost as good as Mammers.

Programmed in Montendre as it has a vet etc.. but half way changed mind as
Blaye seemed near by wasnt but seemed it. So went to Blaye found the Aire 3 euro
for 24 hrs fantastic location, had a break and a walk around the Citadel very
nice will be back for a stay. Also the Camping site is at the Citadel I thnk
if we had fund this we would have stayed but missed it completely and decided to
head for ACSI at St Emillion, good journey and so many vineyards. Site is the
best so far facilities wise, although pitches leave a little to be desired
Jacqui likes them as they are private but sun and shade are difficult to get
right. But facilities are excellent toilet not only paper but also seats!! I
may forgo my van shower and use theirs!
